Erin Parker is a photojournalist who currently works on staff at the Hattiesburg American in Mississippi. In 2008, she graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in print journalism and a minor in photography.

While at LSU, Erin worked at The Daily Reveille, the campus’s student-run newspaper, as a photo editor and photographer. She was an editorial and photography intern at 225 magazine.

Erin’s work has appeared in various publications, including The Washington Post and USA Today, among others. She has freelanced for ESPN.com, The Dallas Morning News, (The Monroe, La.) News-Star, The (Lake Charles, La.) American Press and Country Roads Magazine.

She is available for freelance work and is capable of sending work on deadline.
