I photographed a firework show and picnic tonight at a local church.

This past week was fast-paced and full of excitement.
It started with lions, panthers, man children, oh my!

And then some baseball players left for the College World Series. Of course, they had to get in on some of the interviews (and perform some of their own, as showcased in the photo gallery) before leaving town.

Some children sold lemonade to help animals at a local sanctuary.

Poplarville, Miss. hosted a blueberry festival all day Saturday.

While it was a busy week, it was definitely a good one.

Two days ago, I was driving around looking for wild art and stumbled upon Skipper spray painting in front of a local tattoo parlor.
Skipper, a tattoo artist from Colorado Springs, spray paints a bird on the pavement in front of Wicked Addiction Ink on Tuesday afternoon. I can’t say that I’m too terribly familiar with photoblogging, but I want to get into this. I tried it for a while in Italy, but I was never too successful keeping it going.
So here’s hoping this second chance works.
In this place, I’m going to share photos, stories, links, etc. pertaining to photos. Some will be mine (the posted ones, that is), some won’t (the links). And that should be fun/interesting/something everyone wants to read.
